    Instructions:

    1. Close down your Windows Live program and restart it right away. If it opens correctly or does not have an error message, your problem is fixed. If you still have an error problem, close down the Windows Live program again.

    2. Restart your entire computer and reboot your modem and router at the same time. If the connection is glitching and causing the issue with the communication platform, often a reboot of everything will stop the glitch. Rebooting might also solve other system problems, which could end up being the reason for your Windows Live issues.

    3. Uninstall Windows Live from your programs list menu in your computer. Go into your “Add/Remove Files” option, which is found either in your “Start” menu or under “My Computer.” Wait for the option to populate a list of the currently installed programs on your computer. Choose “Windows Live,” click “Remove” and choose “OK” to remove the program. After you are finished, go back and reinstall the program from the Windows Live site or from your original disc. It could be that your program had a glitch that was causing the issues.
