    Instructions:

    1. Reset wireless radio. Verizon Wireless recommends turning your BlackBerry’s wireless radio setting off and back on to reset your Internet connection. Your individual BlackBerry instructions might be different depending on the model you have, but if you own a BlackBerry Bold 9900 series phone for example, you can reset your wireless connection by tapping “Connections” at the top of your Home screen. Tap “Manage Connections” next. Uncheck and recheck the box next to your wireless connection and exit the screen.

    2. Reset all data connections by switching your BlackBerry to and from Airplane Mode if Step 1 did not restore your Internet connection. Check your user’s guide for your specific BlackBerry, but BlackBerry Curve 9300 users should go to “Connections” from their main screen, “Manage Connections,” and then select “All Off.” This disables all data connections on your BlackBerry. Reset your data connections by tapping “Restore Connections.”

    3. Reset your entire BlackBerry device if Steps 1 and 2 did not restore your Internet connection. Turn off your BlackBerry. Flip your BlackBerry device over and gently place it on a flat surface, minding the screen so as not to scratch it. Remove your BlackBerry’s battery cover and battery. Wait a few moments and replace the battery and battery cover and turn your BlackBerry back on. Allow the BlackBerry to boot up and reset all of its connections.
